Mood Food Recipe: Healing Himalayan Salt Elixir

Switching your morning coffee to warm water, lime juice, and Himalayan salt not only helps with re-hydration and alkaline balance after a night of detox and repair, but the Himalayan salt provides much needed minerals and electrolytes that support your hard-working adrenal glands!

Simply add a squeeze of lime juice and a pinch of Himalayan salt (the pink one!) to 8oz of warm water and drink before breakfast.

EASY! And delicious.
